The business philosophy that underpins all of our efforts to serve our clients can be expressed in our coreprinciples.

First and foremost, we listen carefully to each of our clients and other design professionals who may be involved, to understand their aesthetic sensibilities, their vision for the project, and their desired cost parameters. We can assist in this phase by helping the client understand the design possibilities through photos of our previous projects, of inspiration images the client may have assembled or by creating sketches for the client to review. We do not use formulaic design approaches; every design is custom and a unique response to each clients needs. From these initial conversations we determine the required functionality, the design direction and the critical finishes so that the project compliments the home and meets the performance expectations of the client. Budgets are reviewed at this time.
The second anchoring principle is expressed in our absolute commitment to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This is achieved through a detailed review of project with the client prior to fabrication.
Every project is carefully field measured, and we coordinate all our activities, including the installation schedule, with the builders, electricians,plumbers, tile contractors and interior designers to assure the client of the seamless integration of our work into the surrounding activities. We think of our finished projects as pieces of furniture that should be flawless in design and appearance. The third foundational principle of our company is our commitment to customer service. We want each client to feel their experience of working with F.L. Feldman Associates was totally satisfactory on every level.
